  1. Excellent start! Now give me an example of actually answering or attempting to answer one of your questions. Remember, you don't have to do everything in one entry. Try one idea out, and if you like it, do more. If not, try something else.

I'd love to see a post comparing 'healthy' menus at say, McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, and Taco Bell - plus maybe In & Out, Wendy's etc.

Take pictures, gather some audio, go a bit crazy. Give it a shot.

This is a great start; keep writing!

  3. It is a very interesting topic to talk about food. Restaurants want people to eat any kind of food that they have in the menu. Are those food really healthy? I don't think they have healthy menu.

It will be interesting if you have the opportunity to look at VEGAN RESTAURANTS. They have a menu were you will never find animal products and It is really healthy food. You will find a lot of substitutes and a variety of dishes that are unbelievable healthy. ( no fact ).
I think we are the only responsible for our health and we can choose what we eat such as fast food, or vegan food,
your topic is great. see you in class

  4. Emmanuel, have you checked out Gaby's. It's a Mediterranean fast food joint springing a lot on the westside of LA. It's pretty healthy even though it's fast food. I haven't tried any of their meat or poultry dishes, but falafels and Greek salads are pretty healthy. I think they also serve lamb, which has less fat content than beef or pork. I wonder what some of the more traditional franchises like MacDonalds or Wendys have to offer on the healthy side. Not trying to be a snob, but I don't frequent these burger joints because they don't offer tasty fish or vegetarian plates. And if I were to eat meat again, I'd prefer a good taco stand, since nothing beats a savory al pastor taco after a hard day's work!
